Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Loan Acquisition Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage internal credit decision process and analyze loan applications
Review loan request submissions and assist with loan processing
Prepare credit memoranda, communicate with stakeholders, and coordinate loan approvals

Required Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in commercial loan underwriting for transactions over $3MM
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience in financial analysis for commercial lending
Familiarity with ordering and reviewing Appraisal and Environmental reports
Experience underwriting different loan products, including SBA and Non-SBA loans
Proficiency in MS Office applications
