Job Summary

Senior Loan Closer is a full-time position responsible for independently managing all aspects of documentation for conventional and government-guaranteed loan transactions from origination through closing, with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary representative with all parties involved in the closing process
• Identify, collect, and review all items and documents required for loan closing
• Manage all aspects of loan closing, coordinating with business partners, vendors, and internal departments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in operational risk or regulatory compliance
• Ability to analyze financing contracts and revise documents as needed
• Must be detail-oriented and analytical
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
