Job Summary

Independently managing all aspects of documentation for conventional and government guaranteed loan transactions, the remote Senior Loan Closer will act as the primary representative in the closing process, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the bank's primary representative with all parties involved in the closing process
• Identify, collect, and review all items and documents required for closing
• Engage with legal counsel to ensure proper documentation of loan requests

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in operational risk or regulatory compliance
• Ability to analyze financing contracts and familiarity with contract drafting/legal terminology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
