Job Summary
To support the settlement phase of residential mortgages, the full-time Senior Loan Closer will prepare and organize legal documents, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with mortgage closing procedures while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents for residential mortgage loan settlements, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, attorneys, and title companies, guiding internal teams in documentation collection
- Lead and mentor junior staff, assist in process improvements, and resolve escalated issues
Required qualifications
