Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Senior Loan Closer - CA Licensed, the candidate will manage the closing workflow, ensuring compliance and accuracy in final documents while collaborating with engineering and vendor partners to enhance the funding process.

Key responsibilities

• Serves as the final operational check for documents and funding, ensuring adherence to financial controls
• Manages closing workflows, ensuring timely package generation and accurate fee reconciliation
• Prepares and reviews loan documents for compliance with federal, state, and investor guidelines

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of mortgage loan closing and funding experience in a Senior or Team Leader capacity
• Experience preparing wire orders and conducting funding authorization reviews
• Proficiency in LOS systems, document preparation software, and closing platforms
• Working knowledge of investor delivery and purchase requirements
• Experience training and mentoring others
