Senior Loan Closing Officer

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic lead within the Specialized Industries team, the full-time Senior Loan Closing Officer in Healthcare will independently manage complex commercial loan closings, ensuring compliance and coordination among internal and external stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently manage and coordinate a portfolio of complex loan closings, including legal documentation and compliance oversight
• Act as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams throughout the closing lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate execution of transactions
• Participate in process improvements and support team knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; further education preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial loan operations or legal/compliance-based closing
• Demonstrated expertise with complex loan types, including syndicated and construction loans
• Advanced understanding of regulatory requirements related to commercial lending
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with experience in loan accounting and document management systems
