Senior Loan Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Loan Delivery Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit loan documents to ensure compliance with investor and internal audit requirements
• Manage pipeline with challenging deadlines and ship files to investors
• Resolve ULDD errors, review loan delivery status, and ensure contractual obligations are met

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of mortgage experience, preferably in Post-Closing
• Experience with Encompass and other mortgage loan processing software
• Knowledge of FHA and VA loan programs and guidelines
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience with Bond, DPA, and/or Jumbo loan products preferred
