Senior Loan Officer, IL Licensed

Job Summary

Experienced in auto loan refinancing, the full-time Senior Loan Officer, IL Licensed will manage inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on refinancing options and additional protection products while maintaining a large pipeline of prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on loan terms and additional protection products using a consultative sales approach
• Effectively manage a pipeline of prospective customers and maintain conversion levels
• Process finance deals accurately through financial sources while adhering to compliance guidelines

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto loan refinancing as a loan officer
• Proven ability to handle and maintain a high volume pipeline
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Proficiency in using various software platforms and learning new technology
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
