Senior Loan Originator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Loan Originator to manage the backing assets of a stablecoin.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate loans with new counterparties to scale the total loan book in alignment with strategic goals
• Act as the primary owner for secured lending relationships, advising capital allocators and institutional counterparties
• Develop new secured loan structures with various partners to create unique product outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Seasoned experience in credit risk, counterparty risk, or financial markets risk analysis
• Background in secured lending, particularly in digital assets with market makers or institutional clients
• Strong understanding of the secured lending market in both CeFi and DeFi environments
• Proven ability to negotiate complex lending agreements and close deals rapidly
• Strong financial and quantitative analytical skills for evaluating collateral frameworks
