Job Summary

Leading loan processing operations in a fully remote capacity, the Senior Loan Processing Manager will oversee daily activities, manage workflows, and support a team of processors in the private money lending sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily loan processing operations and pipeline activity
• Resolve escalated processing and file-level issues while ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Supervise, support, train, and mentor loan processors to enhance team efficiency

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mortgage or loan processing experience
• Previous team leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Non-QM, DSCR, Business Purpose, and Bridge loan products
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe PDF
• Experience working remotely is important for remote candidates
