Senior Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor to join their Consumer Direct team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loan files from application to funding, ensuring timely and accurate packaging
• Review loan applications and gather necessary documentation to support the loan approval process
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Funders to ensure timely submission and compliance of loan files

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mortgage Processing
• Proficiency with DU and LP, FHA Connection, and VA Portal
• Strong working knowledge of Encompass
