Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Senior Processor for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Process various loan programs such as FHA, VA, Conventional, and others
Review and verify all loan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Communicate effectively with customers, loan agents, and third parties involved in the transaction

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated advanced knowledge of various loan programs
Familiarity with federal and state guidelines and regulations
Ability to accurately analyze complex tax returns for income calculation
3-5 years of mortgage loan processing experience
Proficiency with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
