Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor to manage residential mortgage loan files from application to funding.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loan files, ensuring timely and accurate packaging
• Review loan applications and gather necessary documents for loan approval
• Submit loans for decision and communicate with customers and third parties throughout the process

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Mortgage Processing or a related field
• High school diploma required
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the residential mortgage industry
• Intermediate knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
• Intermediate working knowledge of Encompass and FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines
