Senior Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loan files from initial application to funding, ensuring timely and accurate packaging
• Review loan applications and gather necessary documents to support the loan approval process
• Submit loans for initial decision and work with customers and third parties to fulfill closing conditions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in Mortgage Processing or a similar field
• High school diploma required
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the residential mortgage industry and related guidelines
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
• Intermediate working knowledge of Encompass and FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines
