Senior Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Processor - Consumer Direct.

Key Responsibilities

• Process various loan programs including FHA, VA, and Conventional loans
• Request, review, and verify loan documents to ensure accuracy before underwriting
• Maintain communication with customers and loan agents regarding loan status and updates

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of recent experience processing mortgage loans
• Current experience with purchase loans
• Proficient in Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
• Advanced knowledge of federal and state guidelines, including TRID
• Ability to analyze complex tax returns and calculate income accurately
