Senior Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor who has direct mortgage broker experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full pipeline of purchase and refinance loans from submission through closing
• Process various loan types including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, and Jumbo files
• Communicate proactively with Loan Originators, Underwriters, Realtors, Borrowers, and Title/Escrow

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage processing experience
• Minimum 2+ years working in a broker or non-delegated correspondent environment
• Experience submitting loans to wholesale lenders
• Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, and Jumbo loans
• Strong understanding of TRID and compliance
