Senior Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Processor to manage various loan processing tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Process various loan programs including FHA, VA, Conventional, and others
• Request, review, and verify loan documents for accuracy before submission to underwriting
• Maintain communication with customers and loan agents regarding loan status and changes

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience processing mortgage loans
• Current experience with purchase loans
• Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
• Advanced knowledge of federal and state guidelines, including TRID
• Ability to analyze complex tax returns and calculate borrower income accurately
