Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor to support operations teams in processing residential mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities

Process residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Obtain, review, and submit complete loan documentation to Underwriting for approval
Manage a pipeline of loans and ensure timely flow through the processing stages

Required Qualifications

4-5 years of retail loan processing experience
Experience with Government (FHA/VA) and Conventional loans
Familiarity with Point; experience with BYTE is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
