Senior Loan Processor

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Loan Processor will manage the processing of various loan programs including FHA, VA, and Conventional loans, while ensuring compliance and maintaining communication with clients and loan agents during the loan transaction process.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify loan documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state guidelines
• Calculate income for diverse borrower types and maintain communication with all parties involved in the mortgage process
• Coordinate loan closings with customers, title companies, and loan agents, while prioritizing workflow to meet company timelines

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience processing mortgage loans, with current experience in purchase loans
• Advanced knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional loan programs and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
• Ability to analyze complex tax returns and accurately calculate income
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
