Senior Loan Processor

Job Summary

Supporting the North Richland Hills, TX office, the full-time remote Senior Loan Processor will manage the documentation process for residential mortgage loans, ensuring compliance and efficiency from application to closing while collaborating with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with various stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation and clear loan conditions promptly
• Review loan documentation for completeness and compliance with investor and agency guidelines prior to underwriting submission
• Manage an active pipeline, ensuring timely updates and communication with borrowers regarding loan status and outstanding conditions

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience, preferred
• Advanced knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs and mortgage lending guidelines
• Thorough understanding of RESPA, TRID, TILA, HMDA, and related mortgage compliance requirements
• Experience with Encompass and knowledge of Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Loan Product Advisor (LP) preferred
