Senior Loan Processor

Job Summary

To support a growing demand for home loans, the full-time remote Senior Loan Processor will manage the processing of various loan types, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with clients and third parties throughout the mortgage transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, and other loan programs while verifying and reviewing all loan documents for accuracy
• Calculate income for borrowers and maintain clear communication with customers, loan agents, and title companies
• Prioritize daily workflow to meet company timelines and ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience processing mortgage loans, particularly purchase loans
• Advanced product knowledge of various loan programs and federal/state regulations
• Proficiency in Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
• Ability to analyze complex tax returns and accurately calculate borrower income
• Understanding of compliance regulations and investor guidelines
