Senior Loan Processor

Job Summary

To support a growing demand for home refinancing and purchases, the full-time Senior Loan Processor will manage the processing of various loan programs, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain communication with borrowers and loan agents in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, and other loan programs while accurately calculating borrower income
• Request, review, and verify all necessary loan documents to ensure compliance before submission to underwriting
• Coordinate loan closings and maintain constant communication with customers and loan agents regarding loan status

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience processing mortgage loans, with current experience in purchase loans
• Advanced knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and other loan programs
• Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
• Understanding of federal and state compliance regulations, including TRID
• Ability to analyze complex tax returns and accurately calculate income for various borrower types
