Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Senior Loan Processor will manage documentation for loan underwriting, ensuring compliance with regulations while communicating directly with clients and loan officers.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
- Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for accuracy
- Communicate with Loan Originators and clients to obtain necessary documentation and ensure compliance with mortgage-related regulations
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
- Working knowledge of RESPA and other mortgage regulations
- Experience with Encompass software
- Excellent math and analytical skills
