Senior Loan Processor
Job Summary
Responsible for providing customer service and managing loan documentation, the full-time remote Senior Loan Processor will perform thorough reviews of borrower information, assemble loan packages for underwriting, and ensure compliance with mortgage-related regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform thorough reviews and analyses of borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
- Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Communicate with loan originators, customers, and underwriters to obtain necessary documentation and resolve any issues
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
- Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regulations
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Experience with Encompass software
