Senior Loan Processor (CA Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor to manage loan documentation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before underwriting
• Assemble complete loan packages and verify required documentation for compliance
• Communicate with loan originators, customers, and underwriters to obtain necessary documentation

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Working knowledge of RESPA and general mortgage regulations
• Experience with Encompass software preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
