Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full pipeline of purchase and refinance loans from submission through closing
• Process primarily FHA, VA, and USDA loans while ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Communicate proactively with all stakeholders and maintain strong follow-up discipline

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage processing experience
• Minimum 2+ years in a mortgage broker or non-delegated correspondent environment
• Strong hands-on experience with FHA, VA, and USDA loans
• Ability to manage 25+ active loans efficiently
• Experience with multiple lender portals and investor overlays
