Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor to join their Consumer Direct team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loan files from initial application to funding, ensuring timely and accurate packaging of all loans
• Review loan applications and gather necessary documents to support the loan approval process, adhering to guidelines
• Coordinate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Funders to ensure loan files are submitted and conditions are met in a timely manner

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mortgage Processing
• Proficiency with DU and LP, FHA Connection, and VA Portal
• Strong working knowledge of Encompass
