Key responsibilities
- Close personal loan sales within 1-2 calls, effectively moving prospects through the application process
- Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions
- Identify customer pain points and articulate solutions through direct selling of loan products
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of recent inside sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center environment
- Proven track record of success in commission-heavy sales roles
- Experience navigating Salesforce or similar CRM systems while maintaining engaging conversations
- Willingness to work an 8-hour shift that includes at least one weekend day
