Key Responsibilities

• Manage coordination, documentation preparation, and shipping of collateral for loans
• Oversee and review insurance coverage for active loans, ensuring compliance prior to closing
• Support loan servicing functions, including onboarding new loans and responding to inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in loan servicing or related field
• High school diploma required
• Extensive knowledge of loan servicing duties and insurance requirements
• Experience with records management systems and documentation processes
• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment in various situations
