Senior Loan Servicing Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the coordination and documentation for collateral shipping, the full-time remote Senior Loan Servicing Specialist will oversee insurance coverage for commercial mortgage loans, track delinquent property taxes, and support loan servicing inquiries while collaborating with mortgage bankers on compliance issues.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and compile loan documentation and files for shipping to custodians
• Review and ensure compliance of property and liability insurance for active loans
• Educate and support Loan Servicing Associates and Mortgage Bankers on insurance requirements and reporting systems

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in loan servicing or related field
• High school diploma required; further education preferred
• Extensive knowledge of insurance requirements and loan documentation processes
• Proficient in using records management systems
• Ability to travel to the Bellevue office for in-person events a few times per year
