Senior Loan Software Administrator

Job Summary

To support efficient mortgage operations, the full-time Senior Loan Software Administrator will oversee the Loan Origination Systems (LOS), manage system governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the Encompass platform, managing configuration, user access, and system performance
• Configure workflows and integrations, optimize loan templates, and troubleshoot system-related issues
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure compliance and support business goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred, or a high school diploma with seven years of relevant experience
• Must hold a recognized JavaScript certification or demonstrate equivalent scripting and automation experience
• Minimum seven years of hands-on experience supporting or configuring the Encompass platform
• Advanced experience with Encompass SDK, APIs, and workflow automation required
• Experience with loan origination and mortgage lifecycle processes from application through post-closing required
