Senior Localization Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Localization Engineer (Remote/Flexible).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for translation firms, providing feedback on translations and software functionality
• Coordinate software testing, QA, and UX changes, managing project logistics between various teams
• Review and validate localization test plans and defects, ensuring clarity and prioritization of issues

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of software localization experience
• Bi-lingual, translator-level fluency in a native language preferred
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Prior supervisory experience is desirable
• Experience in software testing and knowledge of test management tools is a plus
