Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of localization projects, ensuring quality and timely execution
• Lead an enterprise localization program, focusing on translation quality and customer satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and serve as the primary advisor on localization strategies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of localization experience, with a focus on enterprise-scale delivery
• 3+ years of program management experience or ownership of an enterprise account with $1M+ annual revenue
• Experience applying quality management frameworks and supervising localization project managers
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted translation methodologies
• Bachelor's degree required
