Senior Logistics Associate

Job Summary

Coordinating supply planning and logistics activities, the hybrid Senior Logistics and Planning Associate will manage order processes, improve scheduling systems, and support logistics operations across clinical studies and commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the order process from generation to delivery while implementing key performance measures for transport efficiency
• Lead improvements in scheduling software and collaborate across functions to align clinical and commercial logistics
• Support logistics operations, including troubleshooting and developing action plans for logistical issues during transport

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics, preferably with time-sensitive and temperature-sensitive products
• Experience with database and electronic systems; familiarity with Oracle/ERP is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
