Senior Logistics Coordinator
Job Summary
To drive the performance of the outbound transportation network, the full-time Senior Logistics Coordinator will manage daily execution across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery while developing reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute daily outbound transportation activities across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track carrier KPIs using Power BI and Excel
- Collaborate with leadership on contract implementation and maintain communication with carriers
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or Tableau)
- Strong analytical abilities and experience conducting data-driven analyses
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes
