Senior Logistics Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Logistics Engineer to manage reverse logistics and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end reverse logistics and RMA workflows while ensuring SLA adherence and cost control
• Execute POC and evaluation hardware fulfillment, coordinating with 3rd-party integrators and tracking delivery milestones
• Own KPI instrumentation and reporting, developing dashboards for logistics performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Hands-on experience in multimodal logistics operations with a focus on order fulfillment and reverse logistics
• Operational familiarity with 3PL/3rd-party integrators and international shipping processes
• Competency with order and inventory management tools, such as Salesforce
• Proven ability to build KPI dashboards and perform descriptive analysis using spreadsheets or BI tools
