Senior Logistics Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of supervisors in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Logistics Manager will provide strategic operational planning, manage customer relationships, and implement continuous improvement initiatives for warehousing and transportation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Interface directly with customers to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
• Oversee operational planning and execution, identifying and solving operational issues
• Hire, supervise, and develop employees while fostering a positive work environment

Required qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
• Five (5) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management required
• Five (5) years or more of experience managing and developing direct reports required
• Three (3) years or more of Profit & Loss responsibility preferred
• One (1) year or more of customer interaction preferred
