Senior Logistics Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team in a full-time salaried capacity, the Senior Logistics Manager will oversee distribution center operations, ensuring customer satisfaction while implementing strategic operational plans and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Interface directly with customers to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
• Drive strategic operational planning and execution for logistics operations
• Hire, supervise, and develop employees while fostering a positive work environment

Required qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics required
• Five years of experience managing and developing direct reports required
• Three years of Profit & Loss responsibility preferred
• One year of customer interaction experience preferred
