Senior Logistics Manager

Job Summary

Leading logistics transformation across the Asia Pacific region, the full-time Senior Logistics Manager will define and drive the logistics strategy, optimize the warehouse and transportation network, and lead regional transformation programs to enhance cost efficiency and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Asia Pacific logistics strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to growth, service, and margin goals
• Design and optimize the warehouse, distribution, and transportation network to improve cost-to-deliver and customer experience
• Lead regional transformation programs including network redesign, TMS/WMS deployment, and process standardization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive logistics and supply chain leadership experience
• Proven success in leading cross-functional, multi-country projects across the APAC region
• Deep expertise in transportation, warehousing, 3PL governance, and network design
• Fluent in English, with additional APAC languages being a strong plus
