Senior Logistics Support
Job Summary
To ensure timely and cost-effective delivery solutions, the full-time remote Senior Logistics Support will manage daily shipment operations, including carrier assignments and issue resolution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure all truckload shipments have assigned carriers
- Perform tactical home delivery functions, including order management and issue resolution
- Maintain effective communication between manufacturing operations, customer service, and delivery agents
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
- Lean/Six Sigma training and/or certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with PowerBI or other business intelligence tools is a plus
