Senior Loss Mitigation Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Loss Mitigation Underwriter who will underwrite loss mitigation applications in compliance with guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze loan applications to ensure compliance with Treasury, Company, and Investor guidelines
• Conduct Verification of Income (VOI) and calculate debt-to-income ratios
• Document final decisions and maintain compliance with required guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Four (4) plus years of underwriting experience or servicing/loss mitigation
