Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Loyalty & Subscriber Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own loyalty strategy with a holistic approach across the brand
  • Design and launch a loyalty program to enhance repeat rates and customer value
  • Analyze member behavior and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loyalty initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, CRM, or loyalty roles
  • Experience launching or owning a loyalty program in DTC, CPG, or subscription businesses
  • Proven ability to build differentiated loyalty or membership benefits
  • Familiarity with loyalty platforms such as LoyaltyLion, Yotpo, or Smile.io
  • Strong analytical mindset regarding repeat rates, cohorts, and customer lifetime value
