Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Loyalty & Subscriber Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own loyalty strategy with a holistic approach across the brand
- Design and launch a loyalty program to enhance repeat rates and customer value
- Analyze member behavior and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loyalty initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, CRM, or loyalty roles
- Experience launching or owning a loyalty program in DTC, CPG, or subscription businesses
- Proven ability to build differentiated loyalty or membership benefits
- Familiarity with loyalty platforms such as LoyaltyLion, Yotpo, or Smile.io
- Strong analytical mindset regarding repeat rates, cohorts, and customer lifetime value
