Senior M365 & Exchange Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing cloud-forward environment, the full-time Senior M365 & Exchange Engineer will design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, and Azure Active Directory while ensuring security and operational excellence, with opportunities for hybrid and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Exchange Online environments, ensuring secure and efficient messaging services and managing mail flow and retention policies
• Oversee Azure Active Directory management, including user roles, authentication controls, and identity governance
• Implement security and compliance frameworks, contributing to audits and incident response processes related to Microsoft 365 environments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of system administration experience with Microsoft technologies, including 5+ years with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
• Strong expertise in Azure Active Directory, identity governance, and cloud security
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Graph API for automation and scripting
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC
