Senior M365 Migration Consultant

Job Summary

Leading daily migration activities, the remote Senior M365 Migration Consultant will coordinate technical teams for complex Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, ensuring secure transitions and minimal disruptions while leveraging technical expertise and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical lead for daily migration execution, coordinating team tasks and resolving issues proactively
• Perform technical discovery on source and target tenants, documenting findings to support migration planning
• Run and monitor migrations for Exchange Online, OneDrive/SharePoint, and Teams, troubleshooting issues to ensure data integrity

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure/cloud roles with significant hands-on M365 migration experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and Entra ID identity management
• Proficiency with migration tools, particularly Quest On Demand Migration, and PowerShell scripting
• Experience with networking concepts such as DNS and Firewall
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills in guiding technical teams
