Senior M365 Technical Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior M365 Technical Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and deployment of Microsoft 365 workloads
• Design technical roadmaps, governance models, and migration plans
• Engage directly with customer stakeholders, presenting recommendations and resolving escalations

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture and deployment patterns
• Hands-on expertise with identity & access (Entra ID), conditional access, MFA, SSO
• Advanced Intune experience (Windows, macOS, mobile device management)
• Hands-on experience with Teams Phone, SBCs, PSTN connectivity, and meeting room deployments
• Strong understanding of the Viva suite (Connections, Insights, Learning, etc.)
