Job Summary

Driving strategic business development efforts, the full-time Senior M&A Analyst will support the identification and qualification of acquisition targets, analyze financial data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support merger and acquisition activities
• Collect and synthesize business intelligence to inform strategic decision-making and market positioning
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to present findings and drive growth initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in management consulting or investment banking
• Experience in building and maintaining financial models
• Knowledge of power and industrial goods products and services
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
