Senior M&A and Regulatory Lawyer

Job Summary

Leading cross-border M&A and corporate transactions, the full-time Senior M&A and Regulatory Lawyer will ensure regulatory compliance in target markets while managing international legal entity operations remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support cross-border M&A and corporate transactions, conducting legal due diligence and structuring deals across multiple jurisdictions
• Provide legal and regulatory support for market entry in regulated gambling markets, coordinating with authorities on licensing and approvals
• Manage the legal lifecycle of group entities, including compliance, governance, and documentation across various jurisdictions

Required qualifications

• Legally qualified in a civil or common law jurisdiction with 4+ years of experience in corporate law and M&A
• Strong background in cross-border transactions and corporate governance
• Practical experience with gambling law and regulatory matters in regulated markets
• Experience managing legal entities and corporate actions across multiple jurisdictions
• Excellent English drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
