A company is looking for a Senior Associate, M&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for acquisitions of music assets
• Build financial models for valuation and synergy analysis of music catalogs
• Assist in M&A transactions and prepare comprehensive business cases for opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or M&A advisory
• Advanced skills in Excel with experience in financial and M&A modeling
• Previous experience and understanding of Tableau, BigQuery, and SQL preferred
• Previous music industry M&A experience preferred
