Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior M&A Associate will lead complex mergers and acquisitions, focusing on emerging companies, while enjoying flexible work arrangements in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex M&A transactions, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction
• Develop and maintain client relationships, providing strategic advice to emerging companies
• Collaborate with a distributed team using advanced technology to deliver seamless legal services

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience leading complex mergers and acquisitions
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working at an AmLaw 200 firm
• Experience focusing on emerging companies in M&A transactions preferred
• Strong business development skills, particularly in a boutique law firm setting
• Ability to work flexibly in a remote-first environment while maintaining work-life balance
