Senior M&A Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior M&A Compliance Analyst to support compliance activities in a team-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle regulatory and compliance issues in accordance with company practices
• Assist with due diligence, onboarding, and integration of newly acquired firms
• Prepare detailed analyses of compliance programs of acquired firms and develop action plans for integration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• Minimum 4+ years of compliance experience with investment advisor compliance
• Strong understanding of compliance processes and investment finance concepts
• Knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940
• Professional certifications such as IACCP or CSCP preferred, but not required
